For individuals who are capable of formatting their Windows/PC and willing to follow specific instructions before playing, our permanent optimizer is an excellent option. This optimizer provides a completely permanent optimization that does not require any updates and will never expire. On the other hand, our temporary optimizer is ideal for users who cannot format their PC and require a one-click solution for all their games.

We offer two subscription options for our permanent optimizer to cater to different needs. The one-time license is suitable for those who only require a single permanent optimization and requires a repurchase of a reoptimize at $15 if they want to optimize other PCs. The lifetime license, on the other hand, provides unlimited permanent optimizations without the need for repurchases.

For our temporary optimizer, we offer four different subscription periods. The 15-day subscription allows for unlimited temporary optimizations that will be removed upon PC restart. Similarly, the 30-day and 90-day subscriptions provide the same functionality with the respective time periods. Finally, the lifetime subscription allows for unlimited temporary optimizations that will never expire.

We support everything except DELL (WE SUPPORT XPS LAPTOPS AND ALIENWARE), and Acer Nitro Lineup. We do not support any laptops for VALORANT/FACEIT/ESEA.

Our permanent solution requires a full format of your PC to guarantee a safe optimization.

Our temporary solution does not, however, in some cases where your PC will not run the temporary optimizationer, a Windows reinstall will be required.

FOR PERMANENT SOLUTION: Key generation is automatic, and we have 24/7 staff to keep you supported, instructions take maximum 10-15 minutes for advanced users and 20-25 minutes for novice users.

FOR TEMPORARY SOLUTION: It will take mere seconds to completely optimization your computer.

Yes, even if you have formatted or changed parts in your PC, you will remain optimizationed forever. It is a one-time process; after you optimize with sync, you need not ever optimize again.

No software/drivers etc. are kept on your PC after you reinstall Windows, so you need not worry about sync leading to an anti-cheat system flagging our optimizer. It will leave no trace.

We support all Windows versions except Windows 11 (we support Windows 11 for COD and BattlEye only games).

We do not support custom/stripped Windows versions, please do not use them as they are not covered under our refund policy.

If the hardware within the laptop is compatible under our criteria, yes.

• If product is not compatible with your PC, we will issue a refund.

• If our product doesn't work with your PC, we will issue a refund.

• If product works with your PC, and you don't want to use it, we will not issue a refund.

• We will only issue refunds for INCOMPATIBILITY/NOT WORKING solutions, and we can issue free re-optimizations at our discretion.

Maximum refund time is 2 weeks, if you don't request a refund in that time-limit then your invoice is hereby declared un-refundable.

If you fail the optimizationing process because we have mistakenly supplied you with bad info, you will be compensated with a free re-optimization(s) or in some cases, a refund at our own discretion.

In other cases where you fail the process because you didn't read the instructions correctly, or you ignored staff instructions, you will not be compensated and will need to purchase a £15 reoptimization.
